These terms cover your use of Oru, a Chrome extension that helps you manage your own LinkedIn conversations and network. By using Oru you agree to them.
What Oru does
Oru reads your LinkedIn inbox and network while you use LinkedIn, ranks what needs you each day, summarizes conversations and drafts replies. It never sends a message or an invite for you: every send is your own click.
Your account
You need an Oru account to use Oru. Keep your sign in to yourself. An Oru account is for one LinkedIn account: your own.
Using Oru well
- Use Oru only with your own LinkedIn account, and follow LinkedIn's own terms when you use LinkedIn.
- Read every draft before you send it. The AI can be wrong, and what you send is your message.
- Do not use Oru to spam, harass, or collect other people's data to sell or share.
Trial, plans and cancelling
Oru may start with a free trial. After it, a paid plan is billed in advance through Stripe, at the price shown when you subscribe. You can cancel any time in Oru, under Settings, then Account, then Manage billing. Your plan then stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
Your data
Your data stays yours. How Oru handles it is in the Privacy Policy.
Changes and availability
Oru works on top of LinkedIn, which can change at any time, so some features may pause until Oru is updated. We may change Oru or these terms; if a change matters, we will tell you in Oru before it applies.
Liability
Oru is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses, or for what happens on your LinkedIn account, including anything you send.
Oru is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn.
